Q1.  I am Confused it’s a Networking site or creating a fund.
Ans. It is a Networking site to provide the maximum benefits. A member remains attached to a group when his interest is associated hence corpus fund is a medium to remain connected and also provide decent returns.  Actually we are planting a sapling today which will become a tree later and give fruits for years to come.




Q 2. How this portal and fund would be managed
Ans. The fund would be professionally managed in the initial years when it has to be grown substantially. Later on it would be managed by one of the Group members depending on their capability and experience. For other activities an external coordinator would be appointed who would take care of the portal and financing activity. For management purpose 3 Directors would be appointed on rotation basis from the Members itself. For better transparency, all the accounts would be audited by a Chartered Accountant (preferably a Member) and accounts would be posted on the portal.
